Join Alice every month and receive essential time to rest, pause and rebalance through the relaxing soundscapes of the alchemy crystal singing bowls. She will create a sacred and soothing sound circle for you all to enjoy, journeying into deep states of relaxation.
This will be a gentle and heart awakening offering that will welcome yourself home to your body and heart.
A sound bath is a wonderful way to clear any stress, tension or traumas, breathe deeply whilst softening and relaxing your nervous system, creating space to be with yourself and coming home to your unique essence.

Yoga /Pilates Mat
Warm and comfortable clothing including cosy socks!
At least 2 blankets
eye pillow / or something to place of the eyes
Water / Flask of herbal tea
