Prices are subject to change and will always be advertised. Should there be any query please do contact me on hello@alicerose.space.

Booking

Please book a space for classes run by Alice Rose through the relevant booking online system as stated.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To receive a full refund you must give one weeks notice upon cancelling a workshop.
For all retreats, I require a minimum of 40 days for a full refund, excluding the the non-refundable deposit, which is 50% of the full amount. Timing within that period will be to the discretion of Alice Rose and depend on circumstances for each cancellation.
There is no refund for leaving the Retreat early or arriving after the scheduled start time. There is no partial reimbursement if you choose to opt out of any part of the programme.
you may transfer your Retreat place to a friend, subject to my prior approval of your replacement.
For all Private classes and Consultations I require 72 hours notice or a charge of the full amount of session will be required.
The fees are non-refundable except for where I cancel a class, workshop or a retreat, you are entitled to a refund for any payments you have made in advance.

Arrival Times

Classes and consultations run by Alice Rose and taught at studios or online via zoom, will start at the advertised time so please arrive 10 mins early when attending in person, so as not to disturb other students and at least 5 minutes before the start of an online meeting.

Harassment and Discrimination

Alice Rose classes aim to be a safe and inclusive place for all to join her offerings, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, body type, ability or experience. I have a zero-tolerance policy regarding any type of verbal, physical or sexual harassment, Racism and prejudice towards any other fellow human being.
Anyone found exhibiting these types of behaviours will be asked to leave the class or online appointment and will have any future classes cancelled. Payment for any classes, workshops, passes or events will not be refunded. The decision to remove a client from a class and/or the studio can be made by Alice Rose at any time.

Photographer Release

I may photograph and video group activities for use in future marketing materials and by entering into this contract with me you hereby give to me your consent to use your image for this purpose.

Intellectual Property

If I provide you with any materials, whether digital or printed, any intellectual property in those materials belongs to me and unless I agree otherwise you can only use those materials for your own personal use and you may not share them with third parties.

Resolving Problems

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with a class, workshop or Retreat, please contact me as soon as possible and give me a reasonable opportunity to sort out any problems with you and reach a positive outcome.

Nothing in this contract affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (also known as ‘statutory rights’). You may also have other rights in law.

Limitation of Liability

When you sign up to and attend an offering created by Alice Rose you acknowledge and accept the following:

You understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body and ask for support from the teacher. If your medical condition changes you will always communicate this to the teacher. You understand that the instructor may use physical adjustments. If this is not wanted you will inform the teacher when required. You also acknowledge that if you do wish to receive such adjustments, it is your responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as you desire at that time.

Yoga and Crystal Sonic Healing is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga and Crystal Sonic Healing is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and for the safety of your body. If you are pregnant, become pregnant or are post-natal or post-surgical, you verify that you have sought medical advice prior to practice and that you take responsibility for your own body.

If you suffer with following medical and/or health conditions you are to seek medical advice before you take part in a Crystal Sonic healing session, either 1:1 or within a group setting.

You declare that the above information is understood and agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Alice Rose.

Intuitive Design

Thank you so much for supporting me as an artist by purchasing one of my unique and high vibrational artworks. As a small business, working from home I am committed to delivering a high quality service. Your order once placed will be processed within 3-5 working days and will take up to, approximately 14 days from this time to reach its new home. To help speed up the process please make sure that all your buying information is correct.

Payment for all purchases must be completed before sent out for delivery. Alice Rose accepts secured payment methods via Stripe.

Alice Rose does not take any responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. A claim with the shipping provider will need to be made.

Delivery & Packaging

All artworks and products for sale at Soul Space Design will be packaged depending on size, in either reinforced envelopes or cardboard tubes. Each print will be wrapped in acidic free paper and wrapped for its safety in transit.

Postage and Shipping Internationally

Soul Space Design will post your item using Royal Mail for all UK orders for prices including international shipping please see below.

Buyers are responsible for all custom imports or duty taxes and Soul Space Design is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs.

Return Policy

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase or your purchase has been damaged, you have up to 7 days to contact Alice Rose for an exchange.

Alice Rose does not accept refunds for any bought digital downloads, limited edition & signed prints. If however you have a problem with your purchase please do get in touch so we can discuss your options.

Alice Rose will run sales and promotional offers from time to time, these products will unfortunately not be returnable or refundable.

A full refund will only be issued on receiving the item in the same packaging and condition that you received it in, Within 14 days or purchase.

What do you do if you want to return something?

To Contact please click here as soon as possible, stating your reason for refund and your order number.
If you are eligible for a refund you must make contact within 7 days of purchasing your item. You have up to 14 days from purchase to send back the item in question, in the same condition and packaging as you received it in.
Refunds then will only be issued if the artwork is in perfect condition upon return . Refunds can take up to 14 days to be received by customers. We cannot refund any shipping costs for orders delivered within & outside of the UK.
There are no refunds or exchanges on Sale items.

Alice Rose is not responsible for any products that get damaged or lost within transit. We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s).

Open edition prints

Giclee prints are sold unframed and printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Pearl paper, 320gsm.

These are open ended edition prints that will be not limited to any number and always available for reproduction, syndication and licensing.

Please be aware that colours may vary from monitor to monitor. Due to the nature of Alice Rose work there may be subtle variations in texture, softness and sharpness, shadow and light is all part of Alice Rose’s creative expression. Giclee prints are sold unframed and printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Pearl paper, 320gsm.

All limited edition prints are numbered and signed by the artist clearly stated on the print.

The commissioning of bespoke artwork, creative consultancy and collaborative projects stand outside of the above terms of service. When working with © Alice Rose in this capacity you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions of each project individually.
