The second would be to set out the intentions for the website, exploring the structure of your site and getting clear on your requirements. Each project will be different and unique, however the following provides you with an outline of what to expect.

After our initial discovery call, where we will understand the desires and intentions behind your project. I will then send you an agreement of proposed works. A timeline will be agreed upon and I ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25% to secure our time together.

You will then need to book in your 90 minute session a fortnight before our allocated project start time, and I will provide you with a welcome pack of information to get started.

All copy and imagery is required one week before our build begins - this is to be provided by you and any delay in receiving this will impact the project and could cause additional costs if we have to move the project dates. I strongly advise using professional brand imagery to truly bring your soul artistry to life, if you would like me to support you with this then send me a message here.

You will need to be available to answer questions if they arise during our week together.

The project will be completed by Friday of our two week time together and at the end of this day there will be a handover Zoom session to show you how to edit and evolve the site should you wish.

I work in a dynamic and intuitive way with my clients, and enjoy this as a co-collaborative process. This truly enables me to ensure that the final result is a true representation of your soul's artistry.

You are required to pay a non refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your build week.

The remaining 75% can be paid in one lump sum, or in two further installments prior to the start of our project beginning. This will be discussed and agreed at the time of booking.

In order to begin our project you will need to provide me with the following…

All final copy for your pages. This will need to be clearly marked, proofread and mapped out in the way you wish for it to appear on the site. I will intuitively place copy in the site on the pages but it does need clear direction from you. If you need support with this contact me and we can discuss.

High quality consistent imagery. This is vital for your website to truly stand out and flow beautifully. We can work together to look at Royalty Stock Imagery that will work on your site, however I truly recommend you invest in a professional branding photoshoot.

Logo and branding. Part of our process together will be coming up with a colour palette. You can of course bring your existing branding to me and we can work with that, or we can go through the deeper Soul Branding journey together before we build your site. Your logo will need to be adaptable and provided to me with a transparent background in order to ensure it works on your site. We can alternatively choose a beautiful font that you love and simply add that to your site if you do not wish to go through the full branding process.

Your domain. You can purchase a domain through Squarespace, or using a third party host. We can discuss this in the initial consultation.
