I offer 1:1 or small group bespoke crystal sonic therapy sessions facilitated with the deeply transformational alchemy crystal singing bowls.

In these sessions you will embark upon a self healing journey, through therapeutic consultation, breath-work, intuitive guidance and sonic healing. This in depth offering is designed for you to create awareness around any mental-emotional concerns, limiting beliefs, embodied trauma and/ or to receive clarity on any life imbalances.

The session will begin with a relaxed therapeutic consultation creating a space to discuss any concerns that you may be experiencing and creating intention around your session.
I will guide you into a comfortable space with breath-work and embodied meditation.
I will then work with the energy fields of your body, using the sound to clear any variances within and around, offering you a safe and nurturing space to journey with the soundscapes.

A collection of sessions, the first being 1.5 hrs, followed by two 1 hourly treatments. Based upon a block booking.
